Landscape & Visual Impact Assessment

An LVIA was required for a new school in Dumfries and Galloway due to the town’s conservation status. A number of graphical supporting documents accompanied the report, including plans and diagrams of mitigation measures, topography, landscape character assessment, visual assessment of key views, and visual assessment of key receptors.
